Blue Ridge Custom Homes is a home builder serving Richmond and all its surrounding counties. We do homes of all types from small starter home and investment properties up to multi-million dollar custom estates. We are small, flexible company that can tailor a program to meet your specific needs. Blue Ridge Custom Homes offers a variety of programs to finance your project. We have land for sale to build your house on, or we can come and construct a house on your lot. We build on a cost-plus basis, finance projects for one closing at the end of the project, and will work with your lender on a co-perm mortgage situation. We can also assist with finding you land and/or selling your house should the need arise.

Blue Ridge Custom Homes also constructs additions, remodeling, renovation, and a variety of home improvement projects. Virtually any residential construction project is a possibility.

Blue Ridge Custom Homes is owned and operated by Nathan Wiley. Nathan has 15 years of experience in the home building industry and has personally managed the construction of over 500 homes. Nathan has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and has completed a wide array of educational programs for construction management. Nathan will be personally involved in the construction of your home.
